• Production Time

All custom handbags are individually made by hand to order in Toronto.

Therefore, the waiting period for production can be up to 45 days before the items is sent to you.

• Care Instructions

Please keep in mind that our handbags are very delicate and are not designed for daily wear. They will last you a long time and will retain their eternal shine if handled carefully.

We recommend avoiding contact with water and prolonged exposure to the sun, as this can lead to discoloration (or loss of the original appearance on the feathers edition).

Also, just in case, we warn you — please do not put the bag in the fire, do not cut it and avoid sharp objects so as not to damage the handbag.
